Warm Your Soul!

This is a recipe card that I made for my Recipe Card Challenge Blog. This weeks challenge was to create recipe cards for warm drinks to warm the soul. This recipe card doubles as a get well card with a handy hot drink recipe to help a cold. I just love Changito and Changito Coffee is my favorite! I just added him to the store so go check him out. I also used one of my favorite 6x6 paper pack called Nook and Pantry from Basic Grey. The sentiment stamp can also be found in my store. I used a pair of old antique decorative scissors to cut around my image and layers. I know decorative scissors are not in style, but I still use my antique scissors from time to time, shhh (: Well I have a busy day tomorrow working out custom Copic Club sets for my Copic Collector's Club members. I have to say I really enjoy all the beautiful colors Copic offers! It is a pleasure to pass them on to good homes (: I hope you are having a great start to your week. I feel like I am running at full speed, and it is just not fast enough. Maybe we can all take time to relax this week a little (: Maybe I can play the Wii (:

Challenge Crazy!

This card was made for two challenges today; the Technique challenge on SCS, and a card giveaway challenge with my Ladies Ink Group on SCS. I used one of my favorite House Mouse stamps and I made it a scratch and sniff chocolate. I used a sugar free Splinda chocolate powder with my clear embossing powder. It looks like real chocolate after the embossing (: YUMMY! This paper is Carefree hearts by Heidi Swapp and the Primas are from my online store as well. I used my favorite pearl stickers for the centers of the Primas also found in my store. The image was colored with Copics, my favorite (: I hope you have enjoyed my card and have a great day!

My first Tear Bear

This is my first attempt at a Tear Bear. I am a little disappointed that I wasn't able to achieve a really fuzzy look with my mulberry paper. The Mulberry paper I used is from my store and is double sided with tan and dark brown, so it is great if you want two colors to work with. I made a male brown bear that I plan on using in a camping scrapbook page (: She is really cute in person but not that fuzzy.
I used a new paper from my store from heidi swapp called Carefree-hearts. This paper is double sided and soooo cute! You will have to add this paper to your collection like I have (:
I am so excited because I have a ton of new products to add to my store in the next few weeks (: I had a large shipment of goodies arrive last night (: I better get back to work!
