The brown flowers were made using a dark brown and tan felt. I didn't want the circles to be perfect and I fluffed up the felt to make them fuzzy. Matching medium sized copper brads from the 350 piece embellishment set from my store were added.
These flowers are gorgeous in person! I used Hot Mamma paper, cut them using three sizes of the Spellbinders scalloped circle die, pearl paint, and a painted brad for the center. I crinkled these layers up too, and it gave it a flower type texture. I used chipboard, cardstock, felt and pattern paper for my flowers. You can use acrylic, fabric, cardboard boxes you name it! These flowers are truly fun to make (: Next I am going to use my new Basic Grey 6x6 paper and layer the patterns! Check out Scrapbook Store at Your Door's new Basic Grey 6x6 Indian Summer, Eerie and Eskimo Kisses (:
Let me know what you think!!!!!
